Part-time Lounge & Tasting Room server/bartender

We are looking for part time server / bar staff to join our team;  primarily on the weekends, with other shifts available as we expand our hours into the winter season. Further opportunities exist for helping out at external events and markets.

A passion for craft cocktails and spirits, creating memorable guest experiences, and bartending or barista experience are all strong assets.

Part-time Events Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and creative part-time Event & Lounge Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, lounge and marketing teams to help create, promote, and manage our internal and external events.

The role includes:

– Concept, planning and carrying out events that attract and cater to the community with the goal of increasing event bookings and revenue within the lounge

– Promote group bookings including corporate events, and celebrations through various channels including online, in house and the local community

– Plan and execute in house seasonal and weekly lounge events

– Oversee marketing, booking and execution of various events

– Create and collaborate with community partners for events

– Develop external marketing and event opportunities within the community

– Between 10 – 20 hours per week

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in event management & promotion in the hospitality industry

– Experience in building sales & community collaborations

– Proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring exceptional customer service

– Detail oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

– Excellent communication skills

– Ability to work both independently and alongside others

– Super creative with innovative ideas and a positive attitude
